Confident people aren’t born with magical sparkle dust on their eyelashes. They’re not walking around thinking, “I’m amazing,” every five minutes. (Okay, maybe Beyoncé is, but she’s an exception.)

Real confidence is built by doing things before you feel ready — and refusing to quit.

As a life insurance agent, half my confidence came from educating others… and the other half came from Googling things at midnight and whispering, “Okay, I got this.”
